Recognizing the importance of his well-being, Lucky was entrusted to the care of the Olongapo City Agriculture Department, led by the dedicated Sir Francis Ela Maniago. On February 6, 2023, Lucky found a safe haven at Ocean Adventure Subic Bay, where he embarked on a new chapter of his life. Through the tireless efforts of those involved, Lucky now has the opportunity to thrive in a nurturing environment.
